instead of using "|| ConversationsPlusPreferences.alwaysNotifyInConference() || MessageUtil.wasHighlightedOrPrivate(message)" we have to find a way to respect settings like http://git.fucktheforce.de/conversations/tree/src/main/java/eu/siacs/conversations/ui/ConferenceDetailsActivity.java?h=trz/merge_1.10.0#n544
