FS#151 - Missing button on image-links

Normally when sending only a link to an image and it is not downloaded automatically a button was displayed to download the image.

Note: download_x_file is the string-resource-key and the method to display the buttons should be MessageAdapter.displayDownloadableMessage

This task does not depend on any other tasks.
