FS#175 - Input field resizes and causes jumps

Input field resizes and causes jumps if UTF8 or ASCII emoticon is inserted.

This task does not depend on any other tasks.

Resizing was stopped by setting correct height to input field.

Jumps seems to be done by a resize of the cursor after inserting image span. This resizing is done automatically and also occurs when emojicons are smaller than text size.
