FS#19 - Received and Sent pictures are automatically stored in public picture folder
Currently all received and sent pictures are automatically stored in the public picture folder.
This must be changed to use a setting where the storing location can be selected.
The default value should point to the private conversations data directory.

The default folder for pictures should point to a sub directory of the global picture folder. This default folder must be over writable by a user setting.
In case sent pictures are resized before sending, they must be stored in a private folder.
