FS#208 - Show error in Account view

There should be some short message in account view when there were problems while connecting. Also a detailed view could be provided with more informations, e.g. long description of error and stacktrace

This task does not depend on any other tasks.

we need to get rid of the generic messages "Server not found" or "certificate error" and show more meaningful messages
