FS#94 - wrong size on emojicon keyboard

Under some circumstances the emojicon keyboard is higher than the normal keyboard and overlays the input area. This seems to happen when the word proposal disappears or on Android 5. The first one should be fixed by reacting on the resizing, the second one like described in the following link: http://stackoverflow.com/a/29257533

This task does not depend on any other tasks.
